Getting closer to realism...Of course the characters' movements are still suffering from "string puppets" effects. But the expressions are quite strong. It seems that soon, games will feature a perfect definition. Then what will the films become? Obsolete since they cannot allow interactivity.

Games already have surpassed films when it comes to a grand cinematic feel to it. Look at games like Gears of War, Halo and Red Dead Redemption. They put you in these unbelievable, epic situations and it's you, the player that is the star. You can only watch a movie, never participate. L.A. Noire looks great. I'm getting that whole China Town, L.A. confidential vibe. It's going to be excellent.
